Do you sell individual books?
Only a few at each series here.
WHY? Our programme (every series) is designed for students to go through a large range of titles at each level. So, that is how they are produced; as book sets (multiple titles).
— Breaking those up creates more storage, management and waste.
Are the texts considered hi-lo (high-low)
Yes, all of our titles are high-interest, lower reading difficulty. This is the main purpose of our books.
Some our series are extra high-interest (Toxic & Totally Toxic) to foster a love and enjoyment of reading in reluctant readers.
Other series are for much older readers (Selections White to Yellow); for teens and adults.
How does the guarantee work?
On all of our Guaranteed Reading Improvement Kits:
One year reading level advancement in 90 days
Or, for no extra charge, we will provide you:
• another 20 books of the same level and,
• unlimited support from an Educational Advisor (via phone, email &/or video-conferencing)
- until the Guaranteed Reading Improvement has been achieved.
NOTE:
Records should be kept showing that pre and post Running Records or Cloze Assessments have been completed, our programme has been followed with each of the 20 books at your student's 'colour' - their instructional reading level.
The records should show that there has been audio-supported and independent practice with at least one activity completed per title. In the unlikely event that, for the same colour, your student is not then reading at an independent level - shown by the latest assessment - our 'Reading Improvement Guarantee' will then be engaged (as long as that is the type of kit purchased).
While we ask that you contact us within 90 days of purchasing (13 weeks), at just 30 minutes per day, and 5-day weeks, all 20 books could be completed in under 10 weeks.
